I'm Miriam Kristin,  and I'm a Millennial.

I'm obsessed with naturally nourishing my body through wholesome food and integrative exercise, and I've always had a fascination for understanding how humans think, behave, and act.

These aspects encompass the comprehension of our mindset, body, and environment. And this is how I found my way into nutrition, fitness, mental and emotional health, relationships, productivity, life design, and so much more. Personal growth has transformed my life in ways I never imagined, and it will transform yours, too. 

Maybe I'll just share a little bit about my own journey so far, through some simple yet powerful victories that I’ve celebrated? They’ve not only shaped who I am but also what I do — and why I'm here to help you become your own best version.

I always wanted to have a meaningful and fun job that challenges me in the right ways. So, I did. I've worked for some of the biggest players in IT (Microsoft and Google sound familiar?), and thereafter, I became my own boss, stepping outside the traditional 9 to 5 to pursue my long-term goals.

As a lifelong learner and curious Millennial, I love to brainstorm on ideas and dive into new endeavors. This means that I've really had to learn to optimize and prioritize my time for both work and my passion projects, juggling a constantly busy schedule without experiencing burnout.

I've become a pro at listening to my body's cues, not only syncing with my female cycle but also getting in touch with my innermost thoughts and emotions. With that, I've gained the confidence needed to navigate external circumstances with determination and in alignment with my needs.

As a teenager and young adult, I battled various health issues, such as PMS and chronic IBS. Since no doctor was able to help me fix my problems, I took matters into my own hands. Now, I'm pain-free and bursting with energy, a testament to the power of holistic wellbeing based on natural ingredients.

Fitness has always been important to me — not only for how I look but also for how I feel. Proudly, I've been maintaining a healthy weight and great shape for a long time now. My fitness routine is simple and flexible, yet super effective and efficient, perfectly nourishing my wellbeing as a woman.

In my personal relationships, I transitioned from comparison and competition to vulnerability and empowerment. I'm now surrounded by a supportive network of smart and talented men and women, which thrives on deep and open connection. No more toxic jealousy or judgment, just love.

My ambition and hunger to do more typically confronts me with new challenges. However, I am able to navigate them with mental resilience. I've developed the strength to turn difficult conversations and uncomfortable setbacks into opportunities for personal and professional growth, no matter what they are.

These wins are just some that tell the story of my own transformation, and I wish to inspire you to take a leap of faith for your own growth and success.

According to the 16 Personalities, I'm an assertive protagonist (ENFJ-A): a thoughtful, charismatic leader spreading inspiration like confetti. Catch me making a positive impact on the world — it's my full-time job! I'm always on the lookout for the next big idea and not afraid to dive into the deep end of doing the right thing, even if it's a bit scary. Life's an adventure, and I'm here to savor every moment!

My life is a mosaic of diverse experiences, and I've earned my badge as a globetrotter and multi-cultural kid. This has made me a flexible, adaptable, and inclusive individual. I'm fluent in three languages and fortunate to have an amazing global squad of friends. I see every opportunity in my life as a golden ticket — a chance to learn, acquire new skills, and share a good laugh.

As a naturally ambitious person, finding balance is a workout. I juggle my love for exercise and wholesome home-cooked meals with an equal passion for pizza, chocolate, and ice cream. While I'm all in for perfect schedules and healthy habits, I've learned from the best (thanks, Mami!) that allowing myself a break or switching up my routine is a vital lesson. After all, even life's best music playlist needs a remix sometimes!

I often receive compliments on my hair, particularly for its color and curls. While the curls are au naturel, my hair color is a DIY masterpiece. Changing up my hairstyle is my way of unleashing my inner artist, mood-dependent, of course. Despite a disastrous first attempt right before my first day at school, I like to believe that my hairstyling skills have upgraded since then.
